✨ The Blonde Boss Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and elevated experience for all guests, please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. 💳 Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reserved time slot. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. •Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service. •Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service charge. •No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This policy protects the time reserved exclusively for you and allows fairness to other clients seeking appointments. ⸻ 🔁 Rebooking Policy Clients are permitted one courtesy reschedule using their original deposit if notice is given within the appropriate timeframe. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. ⸻ 👑 Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, which may be treated as a late cancellation depending on the time lost. ⸻ 🎓 Education & Classes (If Applicable) All class deposits are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation requirements.
